Woo! Taylor Twins!!!

I'm soooo excited for this Taylor Twins concert!!! I can't wait!!

They're coming out with a new album soon & I hope that they sing some of the new songs. And if they don't...maybe Angel can make them play those songs with her mind!! Hee hee.

Max says I can bring the camera to take pictures. I hope that they come out alright so I can put them up on the blog so you guys can see & stuff.

Gazzy wants to know if they'll have hotdogs there. I feel bad for the concession stand people already. They're gonna run out of food FAST once he spots them!!

TTYS!

Yay TAYLOR TWINS!!!

Team Flock

Max is still waiting for a response from H. Potter about our Wings v. Brooms showdown. Maybe e-mails take longer to get to another country? Ha. They're probably just scared. They know we could take them.

Instead of getting something back from the wizard kids, she got a bunch of fan e-mails. Uh...WEIRD. If she's going to have a fan club, she's gonna need a manager. (And that means 10% of all profits!) Just kidding. I have better things to do, like design the new Team Flock t-shirts!

I think it would be cool if we went all out and got a racing team thing started for this flying challenge. You know, team uniforms for the Flock or something like those Nascar dudes have, except on a way smaller budget. Heeeey. Then maybe that girl-racer Danica Patrick would go out with me? This idea is getting better and better.

Later.

Fang's Photos - @ the beach

Finally uploaded my pics from the beach. They came out alright, I guess.

Let me know what you think.

Surf's up!
(Need to find a surfboard of my own for next time.)

Cool sunset.
Footprints in the sand...
Gazzy's crazy sandcastle.

Harry who?

Just like every Justin has an Usher and every Hilary has a Lindsay, everything in life has its "competition." For the flock, that would be the Harry Potter crew, whose new book, by all accounts, is probably owned by more people than the entire viewership of Dancing With the Stars by the time I post this.

After being "inspired" by the Book Guy we saw at the beach today, Iggy and Gazzy made a trip to the local bookstore to check out the Harry Potter display.

Uh...I wonder if anyone will notice? Ha.

Max

Can you put sunscreen on WINGS?

Man, it's HOT out! But this time, we didn't break out the books...we broke out the SPF45.

I'm usually not a fan of the beach (the last time I was at one, I had my butt kicked by Ari, if I remember correctly), but this time was sort of fun, and a lot less painful, actually. If anything, it was nice to see Angel play in the water and have a good time with everybody. She's probably the one kid her age who doesn't need swimmies in the water. She could probably stay in there all day without ever coming up for air. We think she's turning into a fish.

Gazzy built this crazy sandcastle and a moat that all these beach-goers kept checking out. It was pretty incredible, if I do say so myself. I think he found a new talent.

I'm really getting into photography lately, so I took a whole bunch of shots at the beach. The blog seems like the best spot to share 'em. Once they're uploaded, I'll let you all know.

P.S. I saw some guy at the beach reading the new Harry Potter. Didn't that thing just come out TODAY? He didn't waste any time, I see.

Access Denied.

I've spent the past week trying to hack my way into what I THINK is the Institute's website & I haven't been getting anywhere!! Sooo annoying. I gotta crack their login & password somehow but I'm running out of ideas!! Whoever designed it did a really good job of making it kinda impossible to hack into. . . .Cause even I am having trouble! Grr.

There's probably a lot of info stored online that wasn't inside the building, so I can't give up yet. I just created a program that will narrow down the choices for the password for me - - but it's gonna take awhile for it to work. I should set it up, go play in the park, help walk Total, help feed Total, help give Total a bath & MAYBE I'll get in by then!! LOL. Max says she has faith in me.

I'm trying to crack this thing on my own -- but if things don't go my way, I have a secret weapon: ANGEL. ;-)

I'll keep you all posted!!

Fang's iMix.

Iggy gave me a great idea the other day. I was looking for some new music on iTunes, when he suggested that I should share my playlist with their iMix feature. He's always telling me how much he likes my music collection, so it was an awesome idea. Everyone should make one of these things!

All you need is iTunes and you can check out all my favorite bands. I'll try and update it from time to time when new albums come out.

Check it out!

Fang

P.S. We're sort of famous. We're on iTunes! WOAH.

4th of July

I don't think I've ever seen real fireworks before. I mean, I've seen pictures of them on websites, and on TV and whatever, but getting a chance to see them in real life is twenty times better. They're awesome.

Gazzy and Iggy were more excited about it than I was, since they're both little pyros in their own right. Let's hope this doesn't give them any ideas.

I took these two pictures. They came out pretty cool, right? Maybe I should take up photography professionally? Showcase my work here on the blog? Then I could be famous and...NAH.

Happy 4th,
Fang

P.S. A lesson from your Uncle Fang: Remember, kids. Opt to NOT use the wings when a fireworks show is scheduled in your neighborhood. Just walk it.

Denial.

This Conspiracy stuff is pretty hysterical! I'm starting to feel like Lindsay Lohan with all these paparazzi-style sightings of the "winged kids" floating around the Internet. Except, when they're taking pictures of Lindsay, it actually IS her!

Those pictures aren't of us. Please!

Exhibit A:

That's a picture of chandelier in The Castle Room! A decorative light fixture hanging on a ceiling! ...Not like I'd even know what that room looked like or anything, either. I'm just saying.

Library = Educational and cool. (Literally!)

It's been so darn hot in the city this week, I couldn't stand it any longer, so I orchestrated a field trip to the New York Public Library.

Orchestrated is an understatement when your talking about the entire flock going somewhere as a group! Nudge and Iggy have been nagging me about a follow-up library visit for awhile now, and I, plain and simple, just wanted the cool breeze of an overhead air vent. They got their internet, I got my AC. Seemed like a sweet deal to me!

We nearly melted on the way there, and Angel making me carry her on my shoulders wasn't making things any easier, but all the buckets of sweat I lost was totally worth it once we got inside. I don't feel so much like a fish out of water anymore! I know my way around that place like the back of my hand. (Fang and I actually update the blog from a computer station here sometimes.)

Fang thinks we should go find The Institute for Realizing Your Pet’s Inner Potential and take Total there for a laugh. Har, har.

I gotta go. Gazzy is making a photocopy of his FACE! There's NOTHING inconspicuous about THAT. I never should have given him those quarters!
