That Voice!
You know I hear that voice in my head, but what's worse is the messages that are happening all around me. Look at this taxi sign...we saw this message after the tunnel tangle. I mean what would you guys think if you saw this? It's not 'low profile' you know what I mean. And it's not telling me anything either! Hey voice! Your messages suck!
On the plus side, I don't get the headaches when I see 'em.

personally, I think it's Jeb, or someone that has higher authority than Jeb, talking to Max as the Voice. Who knows. But it might not be connected to the chip Max has. You never know.
