You know that "safety tip" you hear about in school or on after-school TV specials starring some teen heartthrob type guy about strangers and staying safe?
Ah-hem: "If you feel like someone's following you, make four lefts...". Then you tell an adult about it.
Now, I figured out the reason for doing that, cause four lefts make a giant circle, and people don't walk around in circles while running errands.
Okay, maybe the really weird ones do, but they're probably weird if they're stalking you in the first place! Normal folks walk from Point A to Point B.
(Woah. I think I have Nudge rambling disease.)
Anyway...they didn't tell you what happens after you make three lefts, stop, give a wink, and then bust out your WINGS!
I think that's the moment where Mr. Sour Puss Fang over there changed his mind about being freaks like us.
...Yeah, I said freak! I'm starting a new campaign: Be a Freak! (Subtitle: Oh, and Be Yourself!)
Those mucho-losers following us thought they were gonna jump some kids, steal our wallets, and leave us high and dry.
Ha. They picked the wrong people that day, and the expressions on their faces was totally worth all that circling.

I happen to like freaks, thankyouverymuch. In fact, I'm attracted to them for some odd reason. Or atleast I figure as much when I tell someone about the guy I like and they say "EWW he's such a freak!" and refer to him as "That freak that you like." My parentals think a lot of my friends are freaks. But they mean it affectionately. If they thought they were normal, I don't think my friends would be allowed over.

I have read ALL of the books about you MANY times over! As I sat here, anxiously awaiting MR3, I decided to write to you!

Ok, I'm snapped out of it. Cool, being able to just scare the heck out of the stalker/mugger types... Snapping out the wings would probably scare them away well enough, but flying off was a good idea too.
Why didn't you just counter-jump the guys? It's not like they could be any stronger than an Eraser... And if they are, wither get them to join up with you or make sure they don't mess with anyone ever again.
Perhaps you should change the name of the campaign to "Be a freak or be a robot." The only non-freaks are either in denial or completely unoriginal and synthetic.

I'm am going to say one thing before I start leaving completely random messages. I want to say that anybodyy who stalks you and tries to mug you is a freaking idiot. That said, I'm just going to start typing.
You know what I hate? I hate bloggers who leave messages about this supposed love connection between you and Fang. I really don't know whether or not that's true, but like everybody else, I have suspicions. But I hate it when bloggers leave messages talking about that when you leave a completely unrelated message.
For example, you say, "I like chicken legs." I guarnatee you that some idiot will comment by saying, "Well, Max, Faaang is a chicken leg. *Wink, wink.* Freaking ridiculous.
The entire flock needs to take a vote and figure out if they like wings or not. One blog complains about wings, the next praises the whole "bird-kid" thing, and then you're back to ragging on the wings. You need to make up your minds.

I pity the people who think that being different is the same thing as being a freak. I'm a strange angel, yes--I look different, I'm built different, I live different--but I am not a freak just because I've got all these avian features.
If anything makes me a freak, it's my temper, and I've been working on that.
I'm sure that "three-lefts-then-wings" thing is much more dramatic when you can actually, y'know, conceal your wings. I feel like I'm being followed, and I'm just gonna take off then and there. I've been beat on enough to want to avoid it whenever I can.
