If i may suggest So Many Dynamos, they have some interesting music that is definitely amazing.
Or if you really like Death Cab then go pick up Brand New's latest CD The Devil and God Are Raging Inside of Me.
There are many better bands other than Death Cab for Cutie. Even the lead singer's side project The Postal Service is pretty good, if you listen to their song "Such Great Heights" it may sound pretty familiar... from a commercial, ring any bells. (that song was also redone by Iron And Wine. I prefer that version over the original.)

Fang, I'm just gonna say this: Maybe Max doesn't want to talk about feelings and stuff. Maybe she just wants you to kiss her and be done with it. Most people don't gush on about feelings to boy/girl friends you know. I mean, they say "I miss you" or "I love you(if it gets that far)" but they don't, like do Dr. Phil or whatever.

I was a failed experiment and I was sent to be terminated, but I was forgotten and instead, put in a sensory deprivation tank. So... I understand that this probably has nothing to do with what you just wrote that blog about... And depressingly, as much as I try, I'm pretty much failing miserably on keepin' up on the ole blog.

I always TRY to leave comments, but they NEVER show up - it's rather frustrating, actually. Frustrating to the extreme, because you all are the acest, in case you didn't already know, and you MUST, MUST, MUST have more books come out, because if you don't, I shall die a slow, painful, Flock-less death, which wouldn't be a very pleasant death, would it?
Anyway, I think you should listen to "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" by Dropkick Murphys - I dunno, it just seems to me like a song you (Fang, or Iggy, too) would listen to.
And, on the plus, it's a very good song - don't get any misconceptions about the bagpipes in the beginning. The song gets addicting after a bit.
