Okay, a real question this time:
What sort of wings to Gazzy and Iggy have? I don't think it's specified in the books. If you answer, you will be helping confuzzled deviantartists everywhere.
Another question on something that confuses me: Max has a 13-foot wingspan, and the flock's wings fold up neatly against their backs. Asuming her back is about a foot of that, then each wing is about 6 feet. Iggy is the tallest, and he's just about 6 feet. That means that the flock's wings are longer than they are (which makes sense), but what doesn't make sense is: How is it they fold up against the back?

To anyone with enough sense to stop and read this flyer, global warming is a gargantuan issue. For all you people who don’t know what global warming is I’ll explain it. Global warming is the increase of the earths average surface temperature. I bet you didn’t know that since 1979 more than 1/5 of the polar icecaps have melted. I bet that you also didn’t know that 11 of the 12 hottest years on record have happened from 1995 to 2006. That is during the life time of most of the population!!!! That’s scary!! But it gets worse. Scientist predict that by 2030 there will be no more glaciers left in Montana’s Glacier national Park. Or if the temperature rises more than 4.5 degrees Fahrenheit then approximately 1/4 of our animal species will be at risk of extinction. All our carbon emissions don’t help that much though. Carbon Dioxide is released from cars, buses, and factories to name a few. Remember Hurricane Katrina? Remember how much damage that caused? It was worse than it would have been if we didn’t release so much CO2 into the atmosphere.
You can help by recycling or even by riding the school bus instead of the car every morning. More than a third of kids live within a mile of their school, but less than half of them walked to school. Right now you are probably thinking “What does it matter if I drive to school everyday? Its just one car.” Thing is it isn’t just one car. Almost everyone rides their car everywhere. That’s a lot of CO2!!! If this doesn’t have you convinced then I don’t know what will. Just please listen to what I have to say. I am trying to save the world one tree, one dump, one kid at a time. But I need a little help. To all the kids out there, we deserve to inherit a clean planet. Not a super messed up one. The world is being ruined and we can't let that happen anymore. For example, if things keep moving at this rate, my kids will never get to see a live polar bear because it won't be cold enough for them so they will have died. Isn’t that sad.
You are probably thinking by now “ I’m only one person what can I do?” But there are plenty of things you can do to help. They don't even have to be big things. Even something as small as recycling all your plastic bottles helps. Or try replacing at least one commonly used lightbulb with a phosphorescent lightbulb. It would be like taking hundreds of cars off the road. Even things like turning down the music just a little can help reduce something called noise pollution. Yes, even noise pollutes the earth. U know the old saying silence is golden. Well silence is green too. Just please remember this. It’s up to us the kids, to be the greener generation. Its up to us to save the planet from global warming. This may not mean anything to you, but remember you’ve only got one life...DO SOMETHING!!!

Yea, so it doesn't sound real. But my class was writing an essay in our computer lab today, and our teacher said when we were done, we were to go to one website and one only. So she told us about it, and check it out:
When you go to this website, it gives you a word, and four choices; you're supposed to find the meaning to the word it gives you. For every word you get correct, 20 grains of rice are donated to the United Nations World Food Program, which runs solely on sponsors that help contribute to distruibuting food (in this case, rice) to poorer and starving communities and places. It's cool, because not only is a bunch of food getting donated to hungry people in need, but you get a good English lesson too.
