It's good to see your franchise is doing well. I'm glad people are getting the Word of Max (or Word of Flock to be honest).
Another one of your arctic friends could probably use some of your publicity. Unlike a certain species of bird with "happy feet" or a fluffy species of bear commonly shown either enjoying a soft drink or on a slowly melting piece of ice, walruses aren't so cute and adorable and therefore lack in the whole press coverage thing.
I'd appreciate it (and I'm sure, if people take action, the walruses will also appreciate it) if you could post http://www.defenders.org/newsroom/defenders_magazine/summer_2008/walrus_in_a_warming_world.php in an entry somewhere. Because let's face it, the only animals people care about are the tame, the cute, and the uncomfortably familiar. And while global warming is on the tip of everyone's tongue, people still need to get slapped with more evidence to keep the topic fresh and the spirit giving. Call me a cynic if you will.

I got that magazine and braking dawn in the same night. I can honestly say i was the happiest girl there. XD
The art work is great. I can't believe the mangaka is a noob! She's so good! Just about everything in there is good too, so it totally isn't a waste of 8.99. Not a big fan of Soul Eaters or Jack Frost though. >.<

Woo hoo! The moment I saw the front cover in Barnes and Noble, I grabbed it off the shelf without questioning the price or looking at the actual MANGA section like I was planning to. Soooo worth it! This will tide me over until I buy the first manga volume...or maybe the actual books. Yeah...I need to find those somewhere... Eh heh.

Okay. Several things.
First: Where can I buy this?
Second: Why are Angel's eyes so huge? I mean, that's excessive, even for manga.
Third: AAAAGHHHHH what is with those wings?! Even I can draw better wings than that! There are TWO JOINTS, people, plus the shoulder- exactly like an arm! ...except featherier. And kinda streched out. Oh and speaking of feathers, they DO come in different sizes depending on their placement within a wing!
Fourth: Max's hair is epic! But her nose looks funny.
Fifth: What the heck is with angel's hand? It's so bony and pale and creepy...

im so driving myself crazy about magma fang is not what...... i pictured . ... he looks way better in my mind max is cool angel and nudge so pretty eyes were a little big havent finished yet still havent really seen iggy or total. total the malamute is ..... well.....kinda big so... she... might need to be uh well left behind sorry but its the truth
