A simple kind of life.
I miss the simple things, although a whole lot in my life is mucho far from it. Like, sneaking out of the house at night to fly with the bats over Virginia.
Ig was always in heaven when we did that. It creeped me out at first (ew, bats!), but he felt as at ease with them as he did with us. That made me happy.
I hope he's alright.
Ig and Gazzy used to play with the pigs out on the farm. He's hurting from missing his partner in crime, so he hasn't gone out to the barn lately. The pigs never liked Total - I guess because he could talk! (This isn't Animal Farm, you know.)
I've had this recurring dream every night since Ig left. The Erasers are chasing me, and I run through the woods until I come to a ledge.
I fall...and then begin to fly. I escape, and then wake up in a cold sweat.
What this means, I don't know. Maybe someone else who's not an annoying voice in my head can tell me. Volunteers?

Ahhh, poor baby! missin your sibling? Guess it feels like you're missing an arm or leg...or wing.Believe me sweet, I know what you're going through. Max I just kinda thought of an amazing idea. how about you guys get Iggy back, leave Anne, and come to my house in Ankeny Iowa! it'd be great. and as for school, i'll lead you through everything if need be. and a good thing for me is that if Fang or Iggy (preferably Iggy) were strong enough (wich I don't doubt that they are) they could carry me home while you guys are flying and i wouldn't have to ride the bus. of course, that might be a little selfish of me so I can deal if I still have to ride the bus. you guys on the other hand might feel too crowded and/or make the bus too crowded and/or feel to uncomftrable

I know how u can solve ur problem.
What u need to do is talk to some one u trust, maybe even ur best friend, the friend thats always been there. Good or bad. Also a friend u have always trusted but might not always been able to figure them out exactly. Then talk about everything that has happened throught the dream, and then talk about whats on ur mind and what might be frightening, and don;t be afraid to talk just as long as u talk.

Only occasionally had a recuring dream, and even that wasn't fully the same. Can't help you much. Mabye you should invite Iggy round for a sleepover and see if that stops the dreams for a bit. It may be because you miss Iggy so much

just thought of something that might give you sweet dreams. Before you go to sleep drink some camomile tea. It is REALLY calming and tastes nice! Also get somelittle worry dolls, place them under your pillow and sleep. They say that they absorb all your worries so you can get a good nights sleep. And you can also put lavender under your pillow. All in aid of sweet dreams. And hey, just because life is hard at the moment, doesn't mean you can't have some quiet time. If you ever need to relax, find a waterfall and just sit there with your eyes closed. Kinda like meditation without the OMMMM-ing. I did that, but I sat in my garden, and I managed to calm myself and think over my problems. I fthat doesn't work go to a gym and take it all out on a poor boxing baggy thing that hangs from the ceiling.
Don't worry babes, it'll all work out in the end.

There are 2 plausible answers
1: the "voice" placed it there. THis dream appeared before at the old house right? and then, the Eraser's arrived soon after. It is a warning, since you settled down, you are vulnerable.
2: It is your own restlessness. Settling down at this house doesn't agree with the butt kicking Max you love to be. You want to be free of these mundane things like school, and to fly away. You don't want to face the facts, you are scared because deep inside you know the one thing you have always desired, to find your parents, settle down, have them love you for who you are, eat cookies, ect...you will never be able to live with, thus the cold sweat.
The second one is more likely, so put on your big girl panties and face the facts, that life is not for you. Be Free.

Ok, I know this is jumping waaaaaay ahead in the book, but I've been sitting on this ever since I read this part: near the end, when Max II is in Itex with the flock and they're all experiencing their worst fears (nudge=spiders, gazzy=rats), it never mentions Iggy's worst fear. Max II, who is narrating, says "everyone was living their worst nightmare, seeing their worst fear-except me". Is Iggy's worst fear being blind, like he already is, or was it something else not mentioned? Also, what about Angel? Is her worst fear Ari biting her, or "Max" betraying her? One more thing-when the original Max was in the forest, she met her worst fear out there-huge six-foot snakes. Max II said that the flock's worst fears came from a virtual reality system, and it crashed the moment the original Max arrived. First of all, how could the system work OUTSIDE of Itex, and why did it crash the moment the original Max arrived in the computer lab? What is going on here?
It would be better if those Erasers weren't trying to kill you, and the School wasn't trying to track you. The IS a bright side to your life, believe it or not. Quit sulking about being hunted and look at your gift no one else can claim-YOU CAN FLY, FOR HEAVENS SAKE! Enjoy it! None of the rest of us can! I'm NOT trying to be mean at all-just if you be optimistic, your life will seem SO MUCH BETTER!!!!! I mean, sure, your situation stinks, but to heck with it! Whoever did this to you is in an insane asylum in the Netherlands (I'm talking about Mr. Ter Borcht fancy-pants). You really ought to try to figure out what the dreams mean. Maybe its because you killed Ari and are troubled by what he said. If you can't figure it out try sleeping pills. They should knock you right out.

coming to a ledge means that you send out a cry for help.
falling, if without fear, means that you overcome enimies with ease.

escaping the erasers means that you have good health and will soon have a turn of good events in your favor.
basically, this happened BEFORE iggy cam back right? so the turn of events in your favor might have symbolized him coming back.

some sycoligest (pardon my spelling) think that dreames try to tell people. some others say that you may have wird dreames if you are sad, exited mad, or any other fealings you can think of. to sum this all up it could mean that ethre danager is coming or that you gust sad because iggy left
