Got a laptop?
Ig here.
We're stuck using computer labs until I can solve this dog-breaking-the-only-computer-we-have issue, or get a new one.
Itex must have one we can "borrow" or something, right? A big worldwide corporation like that should!
Max and Total are in a fight over this whole ordeal, because we may have lost all the data we stole from the Institute when the laptop hit the ground from a few thousand feet up in the air...and smashed into a gigbillion pieces.
Maybe we should just get a cat instead? Perhaps they won't hurl their guts up every time they fly due to altitude sickness. (And those guys land on their feet!) (And have 9 lives!) (And purr!)

Cats are nice. I prefer them over dogs, actually. I have three cats. I don't know how cats handle altitude, though. I've never done any research on that.

I hope you can retrieve the info on the Institute, if not, when you get a new laptop, you can buy a USB key and store all of your info there too, just in case Total wants to watch more pet videos.

I feel for you guys, man, sometimes life stinks. But here's a solution to some of the lost info once you get another computer. Alright, how much did you put on this site? Just copy and save it, easy. Did you find any intact memory chips? Stick them in the new laptop. Of course, call me Max P., mister obvious, but this is all I can think of quickly.

Heh, hey guys. Um...getting a cat is a really bad idea. They smell bad, they don't always land on their feet, and they...um...ya know what? I think you'll do best with Total. I know he can be a pain sometimes but trust me--cat=big no no. Trust me. I used to have like...8 cats at one time. Bad idea. I know you're thinking about getting one cat but trust me, you'll like the little bugger so much you'll want another...and another...and so on.
Eh, oh well. Who am I to tell you guys what to do about pets? I only have one cat now and he doesn't even live with me! He lives with my mom, lil sister and lil brother. But uh...I DO HAVE A GERBIL! lol I got him for my birthday...O_O; Oh god I ramble too much...

Dont take an Itex laptop, they can track u if u do. they probably have tracers in all thier stuff.
FYI: there are straps that allow you to attach the laptop to yourself so u dont drop it.
Hehehe, shame about the laptop though. Get an even better one, so Nudge can hack into iTunes and download all the songs you like for free! Then again maybe not...
I bet Total is giving as good as he gets from Max! God, that is one argument I'd hate to be caught in!!

On the plus side, then the school will be found and destroyed and the scientists arrested (along with the erasers) so the erasers probably won't be chasing you any more and you could find your parents alot easier. (Thats what happened to the other Max in When The Wind Blows and The Lake House.)

Much as I love cats, I don't think getting one would be a good idea, because they are lazy and might get in the way in a fight (until they get mad, of course). And they scratch anyone within reach when angered.
On the other hand, if the next time you break into a lab you find a genetically altered flying kitty... that'd be an idea.
Also, Angel might get freaky mad if you tried to leave Total... -shiver-
No way. Dogs are THE best. Unlike cats, they're always there for you, right by your side (whether you like it or not :P) and they are totally loyal, which I'm guessing would count a lot in YOUR book. And about Total's talking, think of it as a bonus! "Hey, my dog can fetch AND play dead. What can YOUR dog do?" "Oh, not much. Just leap about THIRTY feet in the air and TALK!!!" yeah. I think I've made my point.
P.S. Also consider that if you DO dump Total for a smelly alley cat, I would hate to imagine what Angel would do to you guys... in your sleep. *shudder* Never mess with a girl and her dog.

Get some Rats... They are totally awesome, smart, cute, funny, very portable and easily fed, THEY EAT ANYTHING. YOu could keep them in your jackets while flying, but you'd have to make sure the hawks don't eat them otherwise they'd make great pets, especially for mutant bird kids on the run.
Hope you get your information and stuff back, MAx should ground Total, if thats possible when he's a dog and your a mutant bird kid.

And purr? Nice, but I can tell you I live with 8 cats and Total is preferable. He doesn't randomly bite you, or maybe he does, I don't know. But I'd say you should keep him.
