Woah! I guess we're...how do you say it? "Kind of a big deal?" ;-)

Anyway, thought I'd answer a few questions while I'm waiting for this new creeptacular Itex pic to upload.

1. Yes, I'm allergic to gum. Sorta.

I'm what's called a "Phenylketonuric." (Big word! I hope the blog spelled that right, cause I know I can't!) I have to avoid most types of gum and stuff like diet pop because of it.

Usually there's warnings on the wrappers, but being blind, it's hard to tell unless someone gives me a heads up.

It's a genetic disorder (like I need more of those kind of problems, right?), and this is what it looks like, all scientific like:

2. Is Max blonde or brunette and why would she be caught dead in that green sweater?

Max's hair used to get blonder in the summer. When I was very little, I remember playing in a sandbox with her. I can still smell the sunscreen.

The light kept hitting the back of her newly blonde head, making me squint. Since it's winter, it gets darker - just like my hair does.

As for the sweater, if you were a winged kid on the run with limited wardrobe funding, you'd take any sweater you could find, too! (Wait. She just said that I'm wearing that same sweater now. Hey! That's not funny!)
