I've been trying to teach myself how to read and write braille recently. I'm getting pretty good at it!

If you take split peas and paste them to paper, it's like homemade braille.

Nudge is trying to be a full-out vegetarian, so we always have cans of them tucked away in backpacks and stuff. We didn't know you could buy them pre-split, so the first time we tried to write our names out in them, we tried cutting peas with a butter knife...and they kept rolling away or getting eaten.

I wonder if they have our book in braille at the bookstore?
