I know that heat rises and everything and we can fly, but this is ridiculous:

That totally sucks. I'm going to recommend Meat Tenderizer for stiff and stuck wings (yes, it's weird, but it works). Frostbite? Soak your hands/fingers/toes, whatever in lukewarm water. I'm really sorry, try finding an isolated place (if you can get there, and sit in a circle with your wings on the inside. Keep your heads inside your shirts/jackets, you lose most of your warmth through your head and wings.
I feel your pain. Living in the North can be so irritating at times. Sorry about your wings. Hope that you thaw soon. Even though it is March doesn't mean that it will be warm. Stay safe and warm. Can't wait until book 3!!!!

Yeowch, frostbite. Good time to take advantage of those retractable wings and chill inside somewhere until the cold blows over--or in this cases, ceases to blow, I guess.
This is the part where I try not to broadcast too obnoxiously how close me and mine are to Florida, where I have decided to spend the rest of the winter, at least. (As long as Matthew doesn't whine too much, anyway.

A good cure for cold is music. Listen to some really loud, boppy music, or something that gest you moving and shaking (shakin that ass...). Loud music really warms me up, for some reason. Then again, so do scarves and jumpers...
Hot choclate. My cure-all. Hot chocolate with whipped cream on top and some baby marshmallows in. Mmmm...
Just keep moving, and tell Gazzy NO MORE HOT DOGS!!! Or threaten to cook and eat him. 'praps he'll taste like turkey? *chuckles*

NYC - home to subways, honey roasted peanuts, the I HEART NY logo, and freezin cold weather. Yes, the northeast has it's numerous ups and downs. Try sleeping at that underground community (w/o touchin the third rail cuz the last thing u need are roasted bird kids. Disturbing. Again, another down for the northeast.), they've probably got mini fires round. 'til then, scarves'll do.
Don't worry, you'll make it. I know it sounds corny, but you've been through worse. Like the isolation tank. Anyway, try to get your hands on a bunch of those handwarmer things at wal-mart. They really help, and you might be able to somehow get them tucked into your feathers.

It was like -40 degrees C/F with the wind here (it was really 42 or something) side note -40 is the only time C and F are the same!!! Frostbite is not fun trust me.... Anyways... go skiing/Snowboarding!!!

Wow...is that possible? I can understand the individual feathers getting stuck together but the whole wing!?!?!?! Wow. Heat rises, but water rises with it. If you are flying anywhere withing the troposphere, no matter what the temperature, you are going to get moisture condensing on you. If it is warm, no biggie. If it's cold, then this moisture will freeze to you. NOT GOOD! Anyway, if your lungs can handle it, i'd adivse flying in the lower regions of the stratosphere, then you wouldn't be bothered by weather. The only problem would be if you ran into the jet stream and it was blowing the opposite direction...Anyway, it must be hard to stick you wings to each-other while your moving. Unless you did the "super-sonic speed...thing" ANyway, wish you luck.

Dang... i dont think scarves would cut it... they dont even warm me up in the winter! im not so sure that i know what ur going thru, with me not having wings and all... but i would wrap up in a thick blanket. water, no matter what temp, does not work... i found that one out the hard way... ouch.
